At B~STEM Project we are passionate about unlocking the potential of young girls and women by providing free comprehensive educational programs and tools across all industries and job sectors.
We believe that “STEM is everywhere,” not just in one sector. B~STEM’s complementary and unique interactive programs span across industries like Entertainment, Advertising, Fashion and Sports as well as Engineering, Agriculture and Life Sciences. Our participants’ knowledge and skills are developed through practice, coaching and mentoring by industry-specific experts. We believe in cultivating thought leaders, inspiring innovation and creating dynamic opportunities through real-life scenarios, collaboration and Project-Based Learning (PBL).
PURPOSE.
“We have to continue to fight against the inequalities and inequities across all industries and job sectors. It only begins with awareness, education and opportunity. It then has to move towards genuinely listening, supporting and respecting talent of color.
Racism and discrimination is intentional, strategic and persistent thus the solution must be as well.”
We offer an extension of business and STEM-related programming for educational institutions and organizations, providing interactive curriculums to both girls and boys.
Dream it.
We understand that many schools and community organizations do not have the resources, staff and knowledge to provide business and STEM related programming to their students. Our aim is to ensure that they have access to these essential curriculums.
Learn it.
Our programs aim to help students become aware of various career opportunities, participate in business and STEM-related curriculums that cultivate transferable skills, receive mentorship from professionals and engage with leading companies.
Create it.
Through Project Based Learning (PBL) programs, students are tasked with finding solutions for real-world local, national and global problems. Interactive team collaborations guided by mentors allow talent to ideate and design actual products.

Explore Potential.
“The programs that B~STEM Project bring to emerging talent are forward-thinking. When we talk about STEM today, it has such a narrow scope. The organization's ‘STEM is everywhere’ approach makes these core disciplines accessible to all. They understand how STEM touches aspects of every industry. This gives students a wonderful opportunity to explore their endless potential. “
