MISSION

A dynamic opportunity for students to learn about the creative industries and how they drive products and business. Participants engage in immersive hands-on experiences at leading companies. From advertising, architecture and publishing to product development, marketing and fashion design. Each boot camp, workshop and event focuses on a particular industry. Students learn about a industry, the type of work professionals do within that industry, explore company culture and discover a vast array of career paths.

Highlights

For female high school students interested in gaining invaluable insights as well as cultivating their skills when it comes to the advertising industry. Each day the camp runs from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
A 3-day advertising industry boot camp presented by Kastner & Partners in collaboration with The Rose Company.
Participants will work in teams to develop creative pitches and digital strategies. The program includes continental breakfast, collaboration with peers, mentoring and executive lunch discussions. At the end of the boot camp concepts are presented to a panel of industry professionals.
Applications to attend the workshop should include answers to all questions presented on the registration form. Also be sure to include a YouTube link to unlisted video (1-min or less) sharing your thoughts on how the boot camp will benefit you both personally and professionally.
There is no cost to attend the boot camp. Registration opens June 1st and space is limited. Once registration is received we will review the application and extend an invitation via email. Invitations are primarily based on ensuring that attendees are reflective of our diversity and inclusion commitment.
